As long as you are financial, you will find that you can login by entering the initial of your first name followed by a full stop and then your surname [lowercase and without spaces] for both USERNAME and PASSWORD. So if your name is John Laws for instance, then you would enter the following..
USERNAME: j.laws
PASSWORD: j.laws
